An existing early 20th century house on a steeply sloping site, the client’s brief was two-storey addition to the side, with a new Garden Room, terracing and landscape to rear.

The addition compliments the main house with it’s tiled dormer and arched double doors, and houses a new Family Room downstairs, with Master Suite above. The new Master Bathroom features a separate WC and shower area, so the double doors can be opened to make the double ended bath part of the Bedroom, with aspect into the valley below.
