Dhamecha Group to Open New Cash & Carry in Catford
Dhamecha Group led by Pradip Dhamecha, has secured planning consent in late 2011 for a 70,000sqft (6700sqm) new build cash and carry. The building designed by YOOP Architects is to be one of the greenest in the country of it’s type, with a target of reaching BREEAM Excellent. BREEAM is the measure of how sustainable a building is.
The building will have high levels of insulation and a large array of Photovoltaic panels to provide electricity. The demand for electricity has been further reduced by using the latest smart lamp technology.
