Expansion of a care home in a residential area in Gillingham, Kent.

The proposals include a new curved building to create separate living units attached to the main Care Home. This provides residents with the opportunity for assisted living, whilst maintaining some independence.

The orientation and design promotes privacy for neighbours and good solar aspect for the residents.
