Refurbishment of commercial retail space and creation of 9 flats in Islington

The site is located along the busy Seven Sisters Road, Islington. Three terraced buildings were rebuilt internally, providing nine Two-bedroom high quality apartments, some of which are duplex with private terraces, with high quality kitchens and bathrooms. The apartments have roof terraces for amenity, as well as Finsbury Park being in close proximity.

Ground floor remodeling of 400m²  of commercial space to provide excellent high quality retail to the very busy Seven Sisters Road.  The development required NHBC approval and certification.  The scheme is an exemplar of a mixed use building providing a sustainable building model for the future.
