Works include the creation of new living accommodation and bedrooms, including a granny flat and outside terraces, The existing  large monopitch roof is to be replaced with a new highly insulated pitched roof with timber gables. The stonework is retained and the exterior enhanced with re-cladding timber, with areas of render.
