The Boxtree Affordable housing scheme for Origin Housing Group has achieved “Zero Carbon Ready”. This means that the investment in the fabric of the buildings will allow it with the right renewable energy to achieve zero carbon.

This represents a real and cost effective solution for affordable and private housing to meet the required target of zerocarbon by 2016.

Toby Rollason is our point of contact on Sustainability. Toby has a rich background in construction and is also a BRE Qualified Passihaus Designer. He is currently delivering a number of Passihaus projects at very low costs (£900 to 1250 per square metre).
